I'm definitely interested in such a series. Ox is currently a SC, full binder, instrument, etc, etc.

This is shaping up! We've got two willing DBs, SC, SA, and SevenLances could be the dedicated mosher (she's also a sauceror), we just need P, TT, and ATs that are interested. Plus a dedicated Hodgy killer. Two full groups wouldn't hurt either, that way there's a backup, or, we could switch off if life gets in the way.

Keep the posts coming guys, we're almost there!

Once we have a team (or two) we can create a schedule on google docs or something. I'd say it's only fair that whomever is the designated lucky hamster winner pony up 1.5mil to the stash (dungeon opening fee, plus a bit extra to help others in general), and Hodgy killing items sent to our Hodgy killer. That's a total of roughly 2mil meat. A normal diet is fine as long as it gets you around 275-300 turns. If I have time tonight, I'll work up a tentative hamster schedule on google docs.

Thanks!

The buffbot is an AT and can kill Hodgman. I won't guarantee I'll be available until close to the scheduled times though.

I already discussed this "plan" with Xenthes, he thinks it's a good idea, and is supportive of it. If there's something I'm missing from you linking that thread, let me know!

I'm just pointing out how hamsters were being handed out. I'm guessing you may not have known the distribution system since you weren't doing much with Hobopolis at the time and don't always watch the forums that closely. If your plan is to get a hamster quickly you'll want a "clean team" or members who don't need hamsters on any of their accounts (buffbot is fine here). Unless that system is being scrapped for some reason. There are still a good number of people who have helped on multiple hamster runs and gotten no hamster.

If there are any problems, I blame Bawb.  ;D

I did read the thread, anyone is welcome to join in from that list of names. It would be *great* to include experienced hamster players, but, I certainly can't *force* them to. If they're interested they should post here so I know and can make plans. :) If people are interested that can't participate at 8pm EST, post available times and maybe we can work up a plan for an alternate team.

I wouldn't mind 10 hours earlier than your posted time on a Saturday either. But I can work with either time.

My thinking was that if people who have done hamster runs before would get them first, based on the current system. This assumes that people who have done  hamster runs before take part.
If a 'fresh' team with no runs under their belts (get yer filthy mind out of the toilet) then a roll of chatbot determines who gets it and everyone else gets added to the list and hamster distro continues as per the system we currently have.
I didn't think snooty was trying to get around the hamster distro system. I just saw it as a way for clannies to get hamsters without waiting months between runs. Granted from a personal point of view the timing sucks since I started my BM loop and I think I fubarred my kitty run early on. I'll get over it. I am mostly patient and I'll get a hamster at some point.

Recently ascended my multi into TT to do some hobopolis special runs.. More details to come when i'm higher level and closer to doing said runs ..

Just wanted to point out that a TT was going to be available soon-ish (probably as in a couple weeks, currently level 9-10 in HC).

I don't mind waiting, lechef. SevenLances still has to collect 91 of each stupid vial of slime. We still don't have enough musicians though, c'mon kids, sign up! If you have 20 hobo codes, you only have to have 1 bottle of Ooze-o, 1 sewer wad, and 3 oils of oiliness in inventory to pass the sewers as long as we get someone to open all 20 grates. Compensation to lambs and grate monkeys can definitely be arranged!

I'm good to go any time for TT whilst we're waiting for Lechef to finish off his stuff :)

If we're stuffed for a Pastamancer, I can get to hobo strength as one if I'm given about a week's notice... Pastamancers rock, by the way ;)

If it's easier on the clan, and someone else can club seals, I'll ascend right now into AT and aftercore as that for several weeks (once I get past the NS, anyway). Gotta perm more AT songs before I go Oxy.

Let me know what you want me to be and I'll make it happen.
