The towel in the haunted bathroom (one per ascension) can be folded into a new familiar or pieces of an outfit. Cool.

Get an antique mirror from the jilted mistress in the jewelery drawer...

then at the bathroom mirror, say "guy made of bees" on 5 encounters. then when guy made of bees shows up, confront him with an antique  mirror. The bee pollen guy seems pretty useless for now. Gives 20-30 stats in each category and around 7 advs I think. You can sell him lately for 40-90k.

He seems like he could be part of a familiar.

You're fighting The Guy Made Of Bees

No sooner have the words escaped your lips than a harsh, buzzing drone fills the air. A honeybee crawls from the drain of the sink, followed by another, and soon a huge cloud of them swarms around you. The swarm coalesces into a roughly humanoid figure, a horrible parody of a man, formed from a densely-packed swarm of hovering, buzzing bees. A mouth-like hole opens in the figure's "head", and the droning of the swarm modulates into a harsh, grating voice: "We are Bees. We hate you."

Dang, man. You couldn't've summoned Beetlejuice instead? At least he was funny.

You hold the mirror up in front of your opponent for a second, and then it slips out of your fingers and shatters on the ground at your feet. As this happens, each of the bees that comprise your opponent disintegrates, and they all fall to the ground in a puff of black and yellow. Pshew.
   You acquire an effect: Bad Luck
(duration: 7 Adventures)

You win the fight!

This isn't all that new but it isn't exactly easy to find on the wiki. At least not in total without a lot of clicking. It would be nice if the wiki had this quest mentioned on the haunted bedroom page but it doesn't (no I don't want to edit the wiki). 

Adventure in the haunted bedroom until you get half a memo. Use it.

Adventure in the misspelled cemetary until you get the silver shrimp fork. This is a one time drop per ascension and a pretty good item.

I almost forgot this one. You can get more than one per ascension though I think.

The chintzy items are not once per ascension, because I got 2 chintzy seal pendant on my seal clubber run. Oh the familiar thta you get when you fould the towel, is a crane and it increases your stats by up to 20%.

In most cases a familiar can not affect your buffed stats (except for sweet nutcracker or personal raincloud). The crane absorbs damage from enemies, and prevents them from attacking.

17-ball can be found at the billards room. It is NOT an ultra rare. Please keep this among ourselves for the moment...while our guys hunt for more...we could help sevenlances earn quite a hefty sum by controlling the market for the 17-balls...for now
